Lowering the Risk
Keeping up with your dental care is especially important right now. Dental health issues can compromise your immune system, and we all want our immune systems rocket-fueled! We do understand how difficult it is when you wonder if you are putting your kids at risk. We take that very seriously and have amped up our preventive measures to make sure everyone is protected. Some things might feel strange. Other things might feel less fun or pampering than usual. But don’t worry. It’s temporary! As soon as we aren’t struggling to guard our patients and staff during a pandemic, all the fun and pampering will be back – you can count on it!
PreScreening
Before you arrive, we will send you a mandatory COVID-19 questionnaire/health history update, and/or new patient forms online. Please fill them out and send them back to us as soon as possible. If anyone in your family has been sick within the last two weeks, please reschedule your appointment.
When you arrive at the office, we ask that you wait in your car and call us to let us know you’re in the parking lot. When it’s time for your appointment, we’ll call or text you. We ask that only patients with appointments enter the office, and we are allowing only one escort per family with children under the age of 14 years. Orthodontic patients come alone.
